What is your Return Policy? 

• If you are not completely satisfied with your Hot and Cold Water cooler, you may return it to Ace Water Coolers within 30 days of your purchase. Customer is responsible for the return shipping expenses. Please contact our customer service on 1800 880 124 prior to taking advantage of this Money Back Guarantee. Please have the hot and cold water cooler serial number & invoice number available at the time of your call. The customer service representative will provide you with an Authorization To Return number (ATRN). Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted without a verified Authorization To Return number first.

How much will the Postage Cost and what is the Delivery Time Frame?
